I can asure you that Canadians are even less educated about the game than Americans. It seems your only objective is to mimic the fan base in Europe. Watch some of the videos here that show Americans singing the US anthem in world cup games 2002 and 2006. I highly doubt these people are as ignorant as yours, and I'm positive they're not there simply to "out-do" Canada (who is a no-show in every world cup anyway).
