Sensei can usually be met in November when there is usually a new Art(Card Jitsu Fire, Water, Snow) or Party or at least something to do with Card Jitsu. I managed to meet him in November 2010 when card Jitsu Water was Released and also in November 2011, when there was a Card Jitsu Party but unfortunately when I finally found Sensei to add him as a friend, my PC didn't Respond.

when it was card jitsu party sensei just logged off i know hes password so i typed it in and it worked! so then i went on my laptop and there he was! but somehow i didnt get background or stamp it was werid so tahts how i met sensei

@Supersilver1932 the sensei tracker tells you is he online or offline witch server and with room. it takes a lot of time to load

Well you can't meet him now but there's a really big chance that you'll be able to meet him on the 24th cause that's when card-jitsu fire comes out.
