Sky News say Israel is Finalizing Attack on Iran

Is Israel threatening a full scale attack on Iran. Why?
Iran has not openly announced any attack on any country ,yet according to Sky News reports Israel is finalizing their attack plans on Iran in an attempt to get Iran's Government to quit their nuclear power programme completely.

@Perigrine85 It was after this battle that iraq said 9,000 dead was to high a cost and then decided to use chemical weapons. The year was 1984. And the war raged on till 1988. Well that goes against what you said about them using it to end the war because it went for another 4 years. And again we didn't supply the weapons. They were supplied by the french and the russians. @Perigrine85 How about some numbers from the war. In the battle of Basra alone in the mid 80's Iran pushed into the city without armored support and reports losing 25,000 men in the first few days. Then providing a second front along the tigris euphrates delta lost another 15,000 from russian and french made gunship attacks. Within 4 weeks another 40,000 iranians lay dead. Iraq reports 9,000 casualties in this battle. By numbers alone who is winning 75,000 iranians. or 9,000 dead iraqis?

@Perigrine85 oh what the hell. might as well give a history lesson. 1 we never armed iraq. We armed iran. Thats why iran has our old f-14's and used our old f-4's in that war. Iraq was armed by russia, thats why they had t series tanks and mig fighters. The treaty is still public knowledge. This was also around the time we armed isreal with f-16's that they used to bomb a nucleur plant in iraq all but destroying iraqs capability to be a nucleur power to this day. Do you still want more?
