He doesn't use his full voice ever in live shows. If he did, he'd practically destroy his vocal chords and wouldn't be able to tour for any length of time.

Hansi wasn't using his full voice in Paris too, He was singing quite well but not as loud as he usually does. But I think that it was much better than in Dublin.

It was probably alot better than the Dublin show, many people found he didn't put too much of an effort into it. You should see it from this video, and from other videos I've posted of the gig, doesn't use his full voice :(
