I think we can all agree that they are the BEST christian heavy metal band, And they sound AMAZING live, unlike a lot of bands that only sound good in a recording studio.

A LOT of christians are stuck in the previous generation's definition of "christian" and they will see Demon Hunter, Becoming the Archetype, Corpus Christi, Hope for the Dying, In the midst of Lions, Thousand Foot Krutch, Sleeping Giant, and many other great christian metal or rock bands as "evil" just because of their style of music. They prefer to judge them merely for how they sound instead of taking the time to actually read or listen to the lyrics.

@dwtolar and we are not supposed to judge people or to say what's ministry and not, i think that's just a waste of time. If you're so convinced of what you are saying, then go and preach the message of Jesus and his sacrifice and love for us, i think people will recognize what is true ministry and not, everything else is a waste of time and a bad testimony even in the eyes of non christian people. Actually what you are doing is not lifting up Jesus or glorifying him.

We are not supposed to be hunting demons but seeking after the lost! This DOES NOT glorify Jesus Christ nor does it lift Him up. Jesus said, "If I be lifted up I will draw all men unto myself." We have to preach the message of what Jesus accomplished on the cross by taking our punishment for us and then seek after the lost He sends us to. The lost can't tell any difference in this and rage music. Only God can know if you have been born again but I can tell you this isn't ministry!!
