  • I don't know where it has been, but I bought it at the junkyard, it is difficult to find appropriate

  • Good job man!

  • @plaugewolf eXtreme PSU calculator states my system should have a minimum of a little over 800 watts.

  • @nexus1g

and i bet you only use about 20% of that. lol

    6-core processor = 125W

mobo = 20-50W for peripherals and buses

vidio card? nvidia 9800GT used like 80W

i built a badass PC once, had 8gb ram dual ssd in raid0, over 3 TB hdd space, 6-core 1090T blackedition overclocked to 4.2Ghz, and it only ever consumed about 400W with my sli video.

  • @plaugewolf I have a 900 watt PSU in my computer.

  • @nexus1g

you must like running the microwave, AC, 5 tv's and such at the same time.

i easily run my computer for days on just 500 amp/h 4 batteries. 300w solar setup has the batteries charged in 2-3 days. so PC/LCD screen, 5.1 souround and internet router all on free energy. in fact fridge and ac is all thats on mains anymore, since i rarely use the tv.

  • @meisterjager66 Amperage is only part of the equation. volts * amps = watts. In fact, the title of this video displays his peak performance: 1KW. But it was pretty consistently below that.

  • @nexus1g you dont have a clue 10 to 20 amp out is very respectable.run alot more than computer of that system, with a decent bat bank.

  • This poor thing couldn't run my computer let alone my home.

  • love the motor and the auto tower great kit sterling out put be proud of your achievement I would be.
