To be honest Red I'm suprised you as a cheif would like this product. It's just a microwave and you can get the same affect putting burgers in one. The George Forman Grill is 5 times as fast as this and you're actually cooking the food instead of zapping it.

Im going to try out some (Jamacian Jerk chicken) in mine ive never eaten this stuff before but look up that recipy on you tube here do a search and try it out something different.

Slow cookers are good for the single guy you just buy trim meat with no fat on chop it up chuck vegies in and some slow cooking sauce and wait till dinner time. They are cheap and you can do currys, stews, soups, pasta sauce, roast, Braise all for about $30-40 Australian so check out slow cookers as well and there are heaps of slow cooking recepies on here to help with it.

These things are great i got a cheapy and it works just as good cost me $40 Australian.

Just look at all that shit you would have normaly been eating dripping off them burgers man. Good on ya mate look forward to healther living. They do a whole chook in about 80 mins turned down a bit but it came out realy good. uses less power than an oven and you can see your food cooking. Yes they do wash them selves with water in the bottom. Cheers.
