Clown in Montreal, a non-profit charitable organization that develops and provides the services of therapeutic artists to hospitalized patients in various Canadian institutions. Florence became interested in the quality of life
of hospitalized patients during her studies in clinical psychology and sociology. Then, her passion drew her to the notion of «therapeutic presence», as well as the power of humour and play in health. In 2007, she published Le toucher qui guérit, entre soin et communication at Éditions Belin.
