Larger Annular Cutter with AutoDrill 5100

Drilling a larger diameter hole with a Hougen annular cutter.

The 5100 series AutoDrill shown uses a HydroSpeed to control the feed rate while drilling as well as during the final breakthrough process.

The positive plug ejection system makes sure that the plug created during the drilling process comes out of the cutter. This allows the drill to be used in an automated atmosphere where holes are drilled one after another
without worrying about the plug being stuck in the tooling.

The steel plate being drilled is 3/4" thick.

can this be used to drill into mild/ stainless steel pipe? for high volume production i am trying to eliminate the need to deburring after the hole has been drilled
