@Mimmi778 Me too! My hair is more thick and wavy, so it holds some things better, but I also used to want to be able to have those cute twists and more fluffy hair like the black girls. It just depends on what you like and consider good looking hair. There isn't "good hair" or "bad hair".

Ok... the problem isn't hair here.
The problem is how terrible kids can be to each other these days. Teachers and principals do little to nothing to fix this shit. You want to change what your daughter has? HELL NO! Make sure those kids know how awful they are to one another. That will fix the problem!

I'm so sick of this "good hair" "bad hair" mess, slavery seriously fucked the mind of American black people into thinking that good hair is only for biracial people or people who aren't black. I'm Black and I wear my natural hair and I mainly hear from BLACK people telling me "Get a perm, stop walking around with that SLAVE hair"...wait slave hair?. I should not be ridiculed for wearing hair that grows out of my scalp naturally.

I'm white, and I used to be so jealous of the little black girls who wore their hair in twists with all the cute clips and bands, because mine was short and straight and blonde and I couldn't even put bobby pins in it without them falling out.
