Trans Am = weak

A stock gtp runs around a 15 but it would run a little better if it had traction. It is one of the cheapest cars out there to modify. You can go out and spend only 1000 on mods and labour and have a high 13 second car or go out and spend 3000 and have a 12.9 car. It is one of the most underated cars ever, my best time was a 12.9 and that is on street tires and with the stock transmission. If I had slicks and a performance transmission it should run 12 second quarter mile.

I owned a 00gtp modified and a 95 trand am ws6 modified. My gtp was way faster than my trand am. My gtp ran a 12.9 quarter mile on street performance tires, it went over 300 kilometers an hour. It was dynod and it had 308 horsepower and 384 torque. If they were both stock the trans am would have a chance cause the gtp has no traction. gtp was my daily driver and my winter driver that got 32 miles to the gallon. No one can ever say that with a trans am or mustang or camaro!!
