Aion: Kromede's Trial - Gold Drop Tutorial

**Important! You can NOT do this on your first run of the instance, only the second and beyond.**

Just a video of some small guidlines to follow if you're going for a gold drop (weapon or shield) from the solo instance, Kromede's Trial (level 37-44).
If you would like to kill the 3 optional bosses I show you, they do drop armor, but the final boss will be a weakened version of Kaliga who won't drop the key you need to get a gold drop.

I still play this game, only under a different character name.

My friend tells me that you should take the red orb then the blue one, there's no such thing as ''the key will have a higher drop rate if you take the blue orb first'' or something? It doesn't really matter?

@MarkusAndersen342 Sounds like a fake rumor to me, because you don't need to destroy either orb to kill Kaliga.

This is a complete load of bullshit! I killed everything in the place and I got a key to open a weapon case. I think the person who started this nonsense is the same one who came up with the Cursed Golem Frag in Fire Temple.

@Snapscape Uh, I never "started" this, all the information I have in my video is true. If you don't believe me, go to the Aion site and look up this place in their PowerWiki. They have a walkthrough that explains exactly all of this, lol.

so i dont have to kill the 3 mini bosses , but the last mini boss Justicetaker Wyr- kaliga Library i think he has the last key to the last boss

@deathownagess No, that's not the mob that holds the key to Kaliga's room. It's something else in front of a bookshelf...fairly easy to find.

With gladi is it easy.. if i hawe Absorbing fury... heal every 10s from this skill :)))

Ran it 3 times, got 2 keys. First time doesn't count cause you can't get a key drop. Lucky me~

@Domesticks I have taken 12 runs and gotten 2 keys :| I Aim for 4... currently I got kaliga's mace and shield, next would be staff. The 4th one do I use to dual wield on the staff since you can only dual wield two-handeds... Good Luck so far! :) (I'm lvl 41 now, started at 37...)

@Snapscape No, it's true.. you can either choose to kill the 3 bosses, and get a normal boss instead of kaliga. They drop blue gear. Or, you can choose to only kill Kaliga at the end and have a 30% chance of getting the key! My personal aim is for 4 keys, and i have gotten 2... Right now i have taken 12 runs and i hope for the next! :D GL, it's true!

I was level 37 the first time i killed kaliga but i killed all the mini bosses to ;P

now im 38 and i can kill kaliga with ease without killing the minibosses but yet no key drop i ran the dungen about 5 times and no key :( il be 39 really soon ;P

P.S i am a Gladiator lvl 38 Right now! with kromedes spear!

to get a key i must leave all minibosses so kaliga will be a bit harder to kill but he can drop key, thats true TsukiFTW said and thats long ago known lol.

if u kill all minibosses u have greater drop on blues armor if u need weapon go kaliga alone :P
