http://www.functiontofitness.com/ This is the second video in a two part series on how to build strong hands and how to avoid injury to your hand. The first video focussed on flexibility and this video presents exercises to build hand strength and techniques to relieve pain and discomfort. The video is ideal for people who frequently use their hands in their work and play. Gardeners, rock climbers, musicians, and office workers who use computers will benefit.

  • Great video! I just want to ask: what website did the specialist referred at the end of this great video? greeting from Perú :)

  • Some of these were really hard to do. I hope I will work it out after some time. Thanks for a very helpful video.

  • Hi! I think I have shoulder and elbow tendonitis. I was a world champion bodybuilder and the wrestler before now iam doing mma..this pain makes me stop training all the time. I feel the pain in all my both arms. I lost my power I cant grab bcz of the pain. I stoped doing mma in 2weeks became better but after i did couple training and came back the pain from my fingers until my elbow. I tried your program and it made my forearm more flexible after only two days.how often should i do and long?

  • I never would have thought about doing negatives for wrist curls.

For the Hammer levers i like to have a "hammer" in each of my hands and to work up to doing different motions with each of my hands as in on lean forward the other lean to my side.

  • Excellent !! :)
