Merry Christmas, everyone—or, if you're practical during November, Happy Thanksgiving!
In honor of these special holidays and the end of the year, I am attempting to film the Disney Princesses all over again—and this time, I'm dressed for the occasion.
The "Christmas With The Princesses" saga turns another page with the return of Princess Ariel of Atlantica, the youngest of King Triton's daughters.
For those of you just joining us, here is her story.
Ariel was the youngest of seven mermaid princesses and daughters of King Triton of Atlantica. Over time, she had become interested in the mysterious world above—the Human World. However, her father had forbidden all contact with humans, because they were "evil, fish-eating barbarians", as he put it.
However, Ariel had defied her father's decrees and headed to the surface, where she met Prince Eric. During a violent storm that claimed his sailing ship, Ariel rescued Prince Eric from drowning and sang to him until he was half-conscious. She had left abruptly when she knew that she was in danger of exposure, but then, all Eric could think about was the beautiful voice he'd heard.
Defying her father yet again when he'd destroyed her secret grotto in a fit of rage, Ariel headed to the lair of Ursula the Sea Witch, and Ursula made the Princess an offer she couldn't refuse: in exchange for Ariel's voice, the Sea Witch would transform the mermaid into a human being for three days and only three days. In that time, and with the help of Scuttle the sea gull, her best friend Flounder, and her frazzled guardian Sebastian the Crab, Ariel had to coax Eric into kissing her out of pure love for her, or Ursula would claim Ariel's soul for all eternity.
And now, here she is, together with me, her number-one fan, for another photo opportunity at World of Disney New York. (Note the change in attire. LOL)

Nice that you dressed up this time ^^
But shouldn't you've dressed up as prince Erik? xD Or would that be a bit weird?
