  • I like to use the 'bobble head defense technique': this is when you just let your opponent use your head as a speed bag until he can't punch no more; then it's smooth sailing from there on out!

  • I think it's better wen you start at one end nd go forward while dipping left to right nd u ca throw punches after u come up on each side

  • Very Good Video, Ive been training for a while and this video covers all the questions i had about the slip line. while sparring i do alot of bobing and weaving, but i have never practiced the slip line so i think doing this will definetly make me even a harder target to hit,m thanks Mr, keep them videos comming!

  • @NMoulana Me too! It'a hard learning to bend at the knees though, especially when you're 6'2
