@Farisarab1 Farisarab1 you are an ignoranmous whose emotions and intolerance clouds your ability form rational judgements. What kind of a Muslim are you to insult a man of knowledge? Sure, disagree with his points intelligently, but to declare him a Kafir by implication by hoping he gets his head cut off makes YOU a hundred times closer to being a Kafir than him. Why? As for Imam Anwar? You would be lucky to touch the shoe of that man. His qiyaas is more rooted in knowledge, than all your understanding of Jihad put together

Ok, we've seen many fatwas about non-Muslims, what do the 'Ulema say / what are the rulings regarding Muslims being killed by non-Muslims?

What does the Shari'ah of Allah say about this? Do the killers have to pay bloody money? If so, Who pays it?

During the conquest of syriamany times people were captured who were non combatents were offered islam and upon rejectin were sent to hell by the sahabi read the conquest of syria imam al-waqidi...today is a time when non combatants are stoping sisters from getting on busses cos they are a threat to national security..a time where scholar after scholar sells his deen to please others..and the ones who dont are very harsh with the kufar and mercifull to the muslims..i would rather 100 to 1 muslim

The sheikh may allah fullfill his duas said that it would be prefered if it was a military plane....allah also says prepare whatever you can against them.....these sort of acts are wrong but it instills fear in the heart of the dibelievers...what you say seems correct but whos islam is perfect today?? this is a fiqh issue and allah will reward the good from it and also inshaallah forgive the bad from it...the sheikh is harsh against the disbelivers..
