@Barbaryotaku A retarded person would only comment on his weight, and not about what he was a speaking about.
-
The only thing he misses is that the corporations *DO* actually export their values together with the work.
It's just that in most western countries laws and regulations prevent them from imposing their values on workers, whereas in China they don't.
-
Instead of bashing Apple he should eat some (rather than having cheeseburgers.)
-
You can't even get an APPLE extension for a 2007 model from the store anymore.
-
Guy on NPR had good advice, don't bother upgrading your electronic equipment, until you absolutely have too; so, I was going to upgrade my veriz. LG phone, to an iphone, now I'll wait till the old phone breaks.
-
Another failure and sin of the American exportation of jobs overseas.
-
This is why I don't use any Apple products, I don't want to support capitalism if I knew it was being effected by me.
-
He is a liar
-
As an American I would prefer to remain ignorant as to the horrors that we indirectly support and perpetuate throughout the world. >.>
Although this guy is overly obsessed, the truth he presents is sad and sobering.

Glad this is being discussed. Needs to be in more popular forums though, not just tech blogs. One of the major "illnesses" of our society now is how removed we are from responsibility in how our products are made, how our food is produced, etc.
The more removed we are, the more companies can get away with. I agree, the idea that "cheapest is best" and "to hell with how it's done" is a grave injustice to humanity. Thank you Mike for saying this. Needs to be said. Louder and longer.
