They believe if you are accused, you are guilty and then we have a Soviet style show trial and throw you in a deep hole or execute you. Mike also nails it with the fact that many of the suspects were simply sold to us for reward money and are probably innocent.

I love this guy, he has an honesty and passion that I wish was typical of the left. That's what I want my side worldwide to be like. Any first year law student will tell you that fraud absolutely invalidates a contract and releases any party involved from any obligation to fulfill the terms of the contract. Reasonable people sign military contracts under the assumption that they may be called to fight in just and lawful conflicts, not unjust and unlawful ones. Ergo, if a soldier is being willfully lied to regarding the reasons for the conflict, he/she is under no legal, or moral, obligation to honor the contract.
