hearing was another fluke factor, i did ok, but the judge ultimately dismissed the bankruptcy, (based on the US TRUSTEE, , (a different one, not the one i already disqualified) and so she didnt have to even hear the other matters of lifting the stay and whether i complied with credit counselling.. i hit her immediately with her oath and matters.. like "CLEAN HANDS" and FRAUD, Objections: due process, etc.. she kept refering to me as 'the debtor' I objected to that, and that i EVER had a SS# (that is all she could talk about), how that was the requirement to get the 'great' benefit i was receiving (by filing bankruptcy i get the benefit of stopping the gustapos from kicking in my door and dragging me away... the judge actually said that.. well ...ok, she did say it was a 'great benefit'.. lmao
She didnt rule on GMAC's motion to 'Lift the Stay' instead she only ruled on the trustee's recommendation that i didnt provide SS# and ID, (but its a little more complicated than that because the trustee is saying I committed a fraud by not giving them these SS# and ID but my objections filed into the case explain that i do not HAVE any such), The Judge is most likely reading a descriptionof me off of the US Trustee's recommendation rather than off of my own documents which 'deny that i am who they say i am'.. see the injustice?
i already filed another bankruptcy over a week ago, and gonna serve that stay tomorrow,,, got it already in place and a load of things to throw at them in the next few days.. the fact that there was never

we didnt get my 'motion to vacate the default'set on calendar within 5 days after this hearing today ,(just in case they did dismiss the case or lift the stay, I could immediately be heard on the motion to vacate the default,, (like we tried to do a couple times,,, so it would be heard right away) but they didnt rule on that issue today at all, so now it may be 10 or more before we can calendar that, they just keep screwing me over any way they can

i asked the judge this time if she was dejure or defacto, she didnt answer
i asked her if she had recalled her oath since the last hearing, she refused to answer..

heres the biggest fluke tho
i was muted on my end of their phone at the beginning as if i wasnt there..
not by my phone, but by theirs,
then i was also cut off before i could object at the end and the judge just keeps talking under me as if im not even talking and then calls next case and she has me muted the whole time,
so this is proof that she denied me access to the court, at least twice that day, one of which i can prove.. we had to call in on a separate phone to getthem to unmute me in the court, (and I'm paying for these calls too), and this is after the judge has practically finished her ruling
