Rubik's cube 10.75 average of 12

After I woke up today I realized I didn't have any sub-11 averages of 12 on youtube, so decided to try and get one on tape. First 12 solve for trying were these.
8.76, 10.26, 11.58, (7.72), 10.28, (12.81), 10.19, 12.53, 9.98, 11.31, 12.17, 10.45 = 10.75 average
Too bad about the 3 12's, 12's suck really hard.

how fast can you do PLL? i mean what is your fastet PLL and slowest PLL (in sec.)

mine is currently:

fastest: U(b) (counterclockwise 3-edges): 1.59

slowest: U (parallel lines): 2.94

I can do like 7 PLL's sub-1 I guess, but this is useless since it's about how good you can do them DURING solving, not solely
