F.E.A.R2: Project Origin is the long awaited sequel following on directly from Monolith's critically acclaimed original game.
Initially banned by the Australian Classification Board for being too violent, FEAR2 overturned this decision on appeal and is being released under a MA15+ rating in Feb 09.

@Kanciapaa I have a friend who says the exact same thing. Then I saw him play it, he just ran through everything like he was playing call of duty, he just ran past all the scares. plus it's not just the scares that make it scary, a lot of the time it's just the atmosfere in the game that has you so on edge that you freak with the slightest noise. Which is also why I think they made the levels in such a way that practically everything is mobile. I accidentally kicked a bucket and jumped like nuts

I dont see how people find this game good/scary? I thought it was really shit, I only finished it cause I started it. It was boring and I was waiting for the scares but they just barely ever happened, and sometimes when they did, it was a 1 second moment that wasn't even scary and left me thinking, "That's it?"
I don't think this game deserves to be called a horror game. You can call it a first person shooter game with horror elements, but thats all it is. Practically nonexistent horror elements

I can still remember that guy at 1:25... I crapped my pants when I took the card from the table and turned my head to the window. I kept shooting everywhere, when that guy jumped through the window in the same room with me.
FEAR 2 felt scarier but of course it had less scary parts than FEAR 1.
