This is Admiral-Lord Mountevans rules, written up in 1948 by a man of that name, the rules to this particular match are 8x5 minute rounds, 2 pinfalls, 2 submissions or a knockout to decide a winner. You can find out all the rules on the wrestling furnace website, look it up.

World of Sport is the name of the TV show. The matches seen in it were hosted by Joint Promotions (pretty much the british NWA), the show was cancelled in 1985 which lead to Joint Promotions folding in 1988. There's still a couple of traditional wrestling promotions in Britain doing shows, such as ASW or Premier Promotions.
