The museum is located in Shirakawa in Fukushima Prefecture. The ceremony commemorates the liberation of Auschwitz concentration camp by the Red Army.
"Make me a channel of your peace" (in Japanese) sung by the Aizu Mass Choir.

  • ooh, it's odd to hear 'make me a channel of your peace' sung in japanese.

  • @tremault

I found the whole event this year to be very odd. All there was was "Jesus loves you" and "Hallelujah". WTF! And a lot of very cheerful gospel signing by a rather mediocre choir. Last year's ceremony was very quiet and dignified. This year it seemed like a christian revival camp came to town. A very disheartening experience all around.
