Reason # 1 why I love my Pitchfactor: The chorus/delay delights to be had from the H910/H949 algorithm.

Want to hear it with distortion? Skip to 2:37 where I feed it the mighty AMT B1.

If you like this video could you please vote for it at http://www.youtube.com/group/EventideVideoContest as it's part of a competition to win an Eclipse - something else I can demo for you! Thanks. :)

These videos would not have been made possible without the help of Eventide's Ray Maxwell and AMT Electronic's Sergei Marichev. Thank you gentlemen.

  • what amp was used for the clean sound?

  • @YensenovYerik I used an AMT F1 (clean Fender) for the clean sound, inserted before Pitchfactor. The dirt sound was an AMT B1 (cranked Bogner) also inserted before the Pitchfactor.

  • Was the sounds in the intro from the Pitchfactor too?

  • @bobo62 Yep. I lifted that intro from the Synthonizer vid I made.

  • Great video! Where do you keep it in your effects chain, if you don't mind me asking?

  • @slickgokubab I normally like to keep it in a parallel effects loop, if possible. The Laneys let me do this. However, for the purposes of this and the following 8 or 9 videos, I'll be running AMT preamps with Cab Sims into the Pitchfactor's input (as mono). The Pitchfactor then reacts as it would in a loop - amp's preamp at its input and the PF's output to the power amp. This lets me demo it in glorious stereo by simply jacking the Left and Right Pitchfactor outs into respective inputs in Logic.

  • @83arrobb No way !!!!

  • @mashcot many people say that it is expensive.500 euro. but try to see: 500 divided for 10 GREAT effects, with a perfect tuner.. 50 euro por effect. is really cheap.

  • Jimmy Page used that preset on the In the Evening intro
