  • @cys12141

That's bc he grew up in Jersey and did the grimy jobs.

You should definitely try to get his Audio book of "Kitchen Confidential". Awesome awesome book and story.

  • L.A. is one of the greatest food cities on the planet, and Tony goes on a hot dog quest? shame on you Tony...you could of done a much better job than that...

  • smoking is cool!

  • @remo306 Food Network is pretentious and soooo uncool.

  • @remo306 I think Tony left. He had problems with the way the producers ran the show

  • Hot dog quest. When in L.A. he should be on a carnitas burrito quest. L.A. all my life and only been to Pinks once and once only.

  • seat belt??? ever??

  • @mardamek1 Jesus, you're a f-ing idiot, only an arrogant east coaster would dismiss hot dogs out of hand. Furthermore, have you ever had a hot dog in Chicago? They far exceed "east coast" hot dogs in terms of flavor and sophistication. Also, by the way, pizza is not an "iconic american food." Pizza is Italian, dawg.
