This a major update to the Falling Pics. This is the first opening to feature Joe & Ruth alone, and had a lot of changes to it. This was replaced in January 1992 with additions such as Gloria & Steven.

Ah yes, this opening is in almost direct conjunction with my H.S. years! GREAT TIMES!!! I'll never forget speculating as to Who killed Will Cortlandt in my World Geography class... EVERYONE was talking about AMC! I even dressed like Janet Green one Halloween!!!

Also they had popular couples "viewers" knew as super-couples Opal & Palmer, Chuck & Donna, Natalie & Trevor, Derek & Mimi, Hayley & Brian, Tad & Dixie but Tad was presumed dead and then Adam chasing Brooke who was seeing Jack. Then later, Erica fighting off her marriage to Adam to win Jack back but eventually she fell for Dimitri Marrick who secretly had a wife

I'm telling you around that year All My Children was thee TOP SOAP to watch.

The story-line's were intriguing, people could act. Nearly everybody around that time had a story-line. At that time Erica had a men to root for. She was divorced from Travis Montgomery, blackmailed to remarry Adam, because Adam switch his twin-brother, Stuart instead during their first divorce to be still "legally" married to Erica for all those years and trying to plot to win Jack back, from Brooke

I can't make out the one on the right if that is who you mean. the one on the left is Jack and the last one dropped is Dimitri. So I guess the other one might be Craig but I don't remember a Craig on the show. But then I don't remember much of anything any more. LOL
