Okay say I only really use one leg to kick with. The part where you're bouncing on one foot with the other knee up, would you suggest I do that with both legs still?

@patdx567 Apartment complexes often have an outdoor public hot tub/jacuzzi. My old one did. Also, most homes in the US are equipped with some sort of bath tub.

You said that this is geared towards beginners. Would there be any difference if the practitioner was an advanced or intermediate taekwondo stylist?
I'm a black belt, 1st dan, so I was just wondering if the warm up would be different.

@LeoSol13 I mentioned that, because I figured most experienced TKD practitioners would already be quite familiar with these drills. It's still an important part of training, beginner or advanced.

This is greatly appreciated. This is just one way to do warm ups in martial arts. The warm ups that I practice in karate might be similar, to different on some of what you showed, but the concept of the warm is still the same. Great to see another angle of doing warm ups =3 =D!

@Loyal2law Indeed! Although, I didn't go into nearly as much detail on the warm ups in this video as you usually do in yours.
A note to anyone reading this comment, if you are looking for much more detailed tutorials on various basic warm ups/stretches, I would suggest checking out his channel (Loyal2law).
