He says "MAN FLEX SRS Runway" MAN FLEX is the takeoff thrust setting, and SRS (Speed Reference System) Runway means that a radio guidance is available through the runway centerline; useful for low Visibility takeoffs/landings (that's the reason why he says 'Runway'). He says SRS because the vertical guidance will be speed related, i. e. the aircraft will not exceed V2+10 KIAS.

@cmteturqueti - 50 feet or more? really? yea, that always works great with an airliner full of passengers weighing 180 tons :) i vote for retracting the thrust levers at the minimum altitude of 200 feet. what do you say?
