Its juvenile to compare drummers as better than another. Such arguments are not productive. The fact is Lopez left of his own accord, so its disrespectful to hate on Axe simply because he's not Lopez. It is what it is. If you like the band, then continue to like the band. Don't hate because things change.

@skysnipeh Martin Lopez uses Sabian cymbals. I love their hi-hats and thin ride cymbals but think Paste blows them out of the water (see Nick Barkers ccymbal work on Puritania Euphoric Misanthropia with Dimmu borgir) beautiful sounding splash,crash,chinas and ping rides, but fragile as with all high quality tone cymbals
