@Sutchy0401992 Yes, and IMO it's a crying shame. Still, Frasier won, like, six or seven ensemble awards from the SAG and other organizations, so she got some of the credit she deserved.

I guess it all comes down to episodes submitted, and Cattrall's episodes were not as strong as Nixon's. Nixon had more screen time, and she was both funny and touching. "I am SO fucked up, I am SO fucked up. I am never going to be happy, it's just not going to happen for me!" Loved it.

Yeah, SJP and Nixon both deserved their emmys. I can't imagine SJP not winning at least one emmy for her iconic performance as Carrie Bradshaw. I used to not be a fan of hers, but she really impressed me with her acting, esp. since it was so natural. She and all the SATC girls also had to blend comedy and drama very well, which the other nominees really didn't. SATC is just a much better show than Friends, Raymond, etc.

Cynthia Nixon definitely deserved it, but I felt bad for Kim Catrall who had been nominated a lot more and never won. She probably thought that the last nomination might've been the one. Haha. Aw. I'm glad they're such good friends though.
