The First Amendment in precedent and practice has what's known as the 'Fire' clause which means shouting 'fire' in a movie theater is not protected because it's intentional public endangerment. I think this guy's so called 'free-speech' crosses the same line. All it would take is verifying that the info he presents is accurate and specifically targeted at an individual child and his smarmy ass would be the early-bird special on the San Quentin lunch buffet.
