So I bought the Myst Collection (all 5 games) because I wanted to play it and reminisce about all the times I used to go on it. I haven't really played it much, I should though. I don't like PC gaming, I'm going to buy the original Myst on DS and if I begin to love it again, I'll play through them all on the PC.
lol yeah i dont particularly ike computer gaming either, but i think Myst is one of those games that is the most fun to play with like a couple of people on the computer and like you go through it together with your little group. i remember the first 3 i played with my aunt and mom and we had a lot of that way, cause then you get to talk about it, you know?
I have a long, complicated relationship with Myst. I first played the original when I was very young when it first came out, I was probably 5 or 6. I don't recall much about it, but it scared me a bit (I guess the feeling of isolation and loneliness did that). It was on my old Macintosh, and I never played it since then. Well, until recently. I read something about it and suddenly remembered all those hours I used to spend on it as a child
All of the games are absolutely brilliant, and I highly recommend that you play the rest of them. You still should be able to find them at your library and some stores. I know Best Buy has them still, but that might just be my Best Buy store.
I guess the problem wouldn't be finding them [Btw, I'm not sure if we have Best Buy stores here in Germany... ;)], but playing them could be difficult, for my PC has to work with 250 MB RAM and heavily struggles everytime I try to play Myst 4... =D

I don't know why I typed all that =P
