@ThePhantomSafetyPin Yeah, I know myst V. I have tryed to join myst uru online, but I couldn't figure out how to get playing. I did download the installer, but when it installed I didn't know what to do next. Although It did install somthing, I tryed clicking on it and some sort of connection window came up, I think thats what I have to do. But that process failed, and it was taking a long time. I still don't know how to install myst uru live. shame really, I bet its fun.

I just found you on The Narayani Collective! It's a shame that site died down. :/

lol yeah i dont particularly ike computer gaming either, but i think Myst is one of those games that is the most fun to play with like a couple of people on the computer and like you go through it together with your little group. i remember the first 3 i played with my aunt and mom and we had a lot of that way, cause then you get to talk about it, you know?

So I bought the Myst Collection (all 5 games) because I wanted to play it and reminisce about all the times I used to go on it. I haven't really played it much, I should though. I don't like PC gaming, I'm going to buy the original Myst on DS and if I begin to love it again, I'll play through them all on the PC.
I don't know why I typed all that =P
I love this game, these videos and clips really bring me back. Cyan, Ubi-soft, please! we need another Myst game!

@spikew10 There's Myst V: End of Ages if you haven't played it yet, and also the recently Open Sourced Uru Live. :) I suggest them both!

@chipmo3 Yes, Myst IV does involve Sirrus and Achenar... and someone else, but I won't say who if you aren't aware of the full story of the series yet. :)

Good video.
I have a long, complicated relationship with Myst. I first played the original when I was very young when it first came out, I was probably 5 or 6. I don't recall much about it, but it scared me a bit (I guess the feeling of isolation and loneliness did that). It was on my old Macintosh, and I never played it since then. Well, until recently. I read something about it and suddenly remembered all those hours I used to spend on it as a child

I watched my mom play it, and then she bought me Riven. But I forgot about it for a while, and Riven scared me. XD
