Ironic how I watch this just a couple days before I have a big presentation. I just think that no one really cares or I tell myself it's just a presentation. I try not to make it bigger than it should be. & I just try to keep my calm by not really thinking too hard about it. Most of the time people get so afraid because they think "OH MY GOD. I have to present in front of all these people." But if you just go into it thinking "Well, I have to give my presentation, then I'm done." It's better.
