Dude thats a king mackeral anywhere you go north america south america australia it dont matter if you really like fishing then you go by the IGFA international game fish association and if that was a spanish mack you would have the world record the world record not the yank record im sure you get spanish macks there they have spots

spanish mackerel here are smaller and have yellow dots on them across there sides. And yes they are great fish and good eating no matter what they are called anywhere.

whats a spanish like in america, that one is a narrow barred spanish mack, we also have broad barred spanish, shark mackerel, grey mackerel, school mackerel,
we have nothing in australia referred to as king mackerel.
they are a great fish whatever you call them
