  • How do you install PC applications with Parallels?

  • Hello John,

I have installed parallels with windows 7. Should I install Bootcamp in order to get access Windows 7? You said 3D games run slower because it is a virtual machine. Will I have any problems installing Windows 7 twice? Thanks for your advice. (I was hoping to use it for video editing and 3DStudio MAX.)

  • I've used bootcamp and parallels i think that parallels is much better because you can have windows and mac os open at the same time. the latest parallels does not lag on 3d games because blue xephos uses it on his battlefield game and it runs smoothly

  • pirate bay blocked in finland... :((

  • I should have really done my homework before buying parallel, a total waste of money when I could have just downloaded boot camp for free. :(

  • If there are multiple users on an iMac, and I install bootcamp, (already have parallels) does it mess up parallels, and does all users have access to the windows once boot camp is installed? Thanks.

  • Thanks for the review. This has help me decide a little further. My intent is to have a windows partition for gaming purposes but utilized the great threads of a Mac.

  • Boot Camp functionality relies on BIOS >>"emulation" << through EFI and a partition table information synchronization mechanism between GPT and MBR combined.

  • good job...

    I like It...

  • how borring u were a long time ago
