DEAD RAIN is a short film by Tom Pykett.

Surviving in a post-apocoliptic world. Our hero has to seek out a potential savour for the rest of mankind. A easy task it may seem but he is being constantly pursue by the ravenous undead.
Follow him and his sawn off 12 Gauge shotgun as sprints into a densely infected city.

  • @Megarith1to3 The budget was only around £100, if not less.

    I have another zombie script in the pipeline but it would be a massive upscale from deadrain.

  • @pokemaster90111 Good make up - avoid cliches and make the film how you want it. Be ambitious but know you bounds and SOUND DESIGN SOUND DESIGN SOUND DESIGN

  • Gotta say the cinematography for this is fantastic lotsa great angles, and your main characters got the look down perfectly...but on a side note is it just me or does he seem to resemble a hint of barney calhoun from the half life series * just a odd observation XD*

  • @CryingEyesOD I think that may have something to do with most the ppl playing L4D before they wrote the zombie story :P

  • shit pretty good man.. ive watched most of all zombie shorts on youtube in the past 8 months or so i dont know how this 1 missed this 1 considering its been on youtube 4 a year WELLDONE.. How old are you ? ive noticed most the better short films are generally made by ppl older than teens ^_^ I'm in Australia and im a film student about to embark on my own zombie short film i cant get it out of my head :D
