@lindsayygracee - Dustin has been parked on maintenance in a nursing home for over seven years. He gets ZERO therapy of any type. He still has full mobility in his left arm, still blinks for me. He weighs 90 pounds and looks like a Nazi concentration camp victim. He is often force fed with a syringe when his mother cannot take the time to slowly feed him since he cannot swallow well at all. I tried to get him into the deep brain stimulation experiments 4 years ago.

What kind/intensity of speech therapy is he currently receiving?

You should try to go through DARS. disabilities and rehab services. There are a lot of people at TIRR that use DARS for the rehab

Send one over to Dustin, I am sur it would be more stimulating therapy than he has received on the socialized handout from the US government!

it is a shame that there is no money to get a young man into a therapy program!we got money from the injurance of the guy who drove the car.dani was in the rehab for 13 months.then he came home and we do many therapies.look at his account radan25!

Hi Dani/Mom - Dustin was the driver. I kept him in San Antoinio another month to try and get him to Rancho level 4 so he could get more therapy. HE GOT NONE! I am working on taking him to CIREN.

I am trying to get Dustin into an extensive therapy program. I have no moey to do it, andthe government may not allow it. I will let you know.

i had a TBI 5 years ago.I am still struggling to recover with the help of my family.I have to do a lot of therapies.

I have watched your vids Dani, I understand what it takes, but the Texas/Fed govt. here only works with people who are cognizant. They don't work to make them cognizant. VIVA the Gringo System! I posted to you here before but it was too long!
