  • alright i agree, she really doesn't know what she's doing. here's where you can see someone who really knows do it right (watch?v=rSODVYUlSYk)

  • Why are people complaining and moaning? The only problem is that she kept her ring on. Anyone who really works with foie gras knows that when you devein, you break it up just like this if not more. A lot of chefs will even cut it up into tiny little cubes to make sure all the veins are gone. When you are making a terrine/torchon, who gives a crap about what it looks like before hand. Foie is expensive play dough... period.

  • What the F*CK are you doing....you destroyed that piece of foie gras

  • This lady fails miserably at deveining foie. 1. Take your freaking wedding ring off lady. 2. Write a freaking script so we don't have to listen to you bumble for your words. 3. Don't claim to be an expert about foie if you post a video and it's like your second or third time working with foie gras. Long live foie!!

  • I agree please don't devein foie again!!

  • thanks for sharing this video. Ive had to look up a more efficient and less messy way of cleaning foigras for a work, and i found this helpful. Thanks.

  • You teach this because some people don't have the same eating beliefs you do. But i'ts not your place to decide for everyone else what they should and should not eat.

  • please dont ever devein a piece of foie gras again you really shouldnt be teaching this to people.

  • very helpful, thank you very much
