@monicamacalma oh i think you got me mistaken for the person that posted the video. I'm sure organic avos would be fine, but you should ask @curlynugrowth (she posted the video) about the coconut milk since I myself do not know the answer to that. Good luck :)

Thanks for taking time out of sharing your regimen,I tried the avocado in my hair but, i found it benefical for me to eat it at least once a week you can really tell a difference in my overall health.It's great!

i would like to know if i can make a big batch and save it over time do you think it will get spoiled cause of the avacadvo and coconut milk

@BeautySmiles1 it will probably get spoiled depending on how cold your fridge is. I would make enough for no more than 2 treatments at a time

how long do you leave the conditioner in? do you use heat at all?
