they said it's anna after Peyton's adoptive mom rebecca anna. If you've seen episode 17, Peyton's considering the name anna for a girl and sawyer for a boy. And it's said to be definite that Leyton is going to have a girl. I guess it's also a coincidence that Lucas went out with this Ana girl (I think she's Felix sister--the reason why Peyton was rumored to be dyke in s2). But they said it's definitely Anna

It's after Peyton's mom! Do you remember the episode where Peyton told Lucas the names she wanted? Sawer for a boy, Anna for a girl. :)
