NIGELLA LAWSON/Forever Summer/WHITE 2
It's off to the seaside as Nigella Lawson cooks more recipes that keep the taste of summer as the weather turns to autumn.

On a visit to Whitsable with family and friends Nigella is prepared to leave the comforts of her own kitchen for a little, and while the recipes are simple to prepare, the flavours are complex and draw on influences from around the world.

First the children are roped in to help prepare Ricotta Hotcakes with strawberries and syrup for a lazy breakfast. Later in the day it's time for White Chocolate And Passionfruit Mousse and a White Lady, made with lemon juice, cointreau and gin. Finally there¹s Keralan Fish Curry, which draws on Southern Indian flavours for the perfect seaside supper.

  • OMG. She brings all her kicthen equipment and food essentials with her on holiday. Wonder if she brings her clothes. She must leave them at home. Well, at least she brought her children

  • She's so effortlessly fabulous.

  • How fun does that look!

  • Was looking for something else but found this very interesrting. she seems to really enjoy life. which is nice, for a change.

  • 0:43-0:55 - that is what i love about her: she's brutally honest about herself and it shows on her cooking...

  • @feralsuleyman Or she does what most women do and pack half the house and the kitchen sink.

  • She looks really pretty here, love her hair

  • At the beginning when she's mixing the drink, the lighting really brings out her luminescence and beauty. She's just stunning!

  • @becs2805 yeh it's Aberavon in Port Talbot S.Wales.

  • Does anyone know what Beach she is staying at

  • @FM897 chillax. Re-prioritse and re-evaluate why you're making such statements, yes alcoholism can be a dangerous and destructive problem. WE know this. Nigella isn't an alcoholic, more's the point, she was delivering a recipe for a cocktail... what's she supposed to say "watch this but please only drink in moderation and never if you have issues with dependency or substance abuse, and definitely only then if you must once the children have left home"? It's a cookery show!!!!
