The band sounds fantastic. I'm considering a similar pa setup for my band.
Can you tell me how you connect the two Maui systems to function as a single pa? Can both systems be plugged into the same mixer to achieve this.
Cheers.

Hi! Do you remember what the main level and sub level settings on your Maui's were on this particular gig? I own a Maui system myself and are considering buying another one :) Your demos have been really helpful. Thank you for taking the time!

Thanks very much for the review. I'm looking around at a few different systems and it really helps when someone like you makes the effort to do a video like this. Appreciated. You're a damn good drummer too.

hi, i think i know what you mean, if you just want the pa for vocals, then either come out of the mixer, one channel per maui. or you can link them together, each maui has an input and output for the signals (L + R), so into one maui, then out of the other..set both maui's to the same volume land sub level, then get your main level from your mixer master level fader or dial.
cheers

hi, i basically use the same settings at every gig i use the maui's for (either DJ-ing or with band..sometimes both),. i turn the main volume and the sub level to 2/3rds of the way round, on both speakers, then i tweak the sub level up or down to suit the music and the acoustics of the venue. i used both maui's at a new years eve wedding over at layer marney tower in essex, me Dj-ing and a live band both using the maui's as main pa.. the sound was superb and carried really well..
