Each letter he points to, you would do the opposite.
for example, if he pointed to the W, you would click M. If he pointed to the 3, you would click E.

Inside the Headquarters customize the glasses by clicking on the green shirt in the top right corner then click on an agent with the glasses. The other stuff customize the shirt and hat with the agent on 1:12
