I absolutely LOVEEE your videos. Theres no other workout videos like fitness blender. Anything I want to work on you guys have. I've been doing these videos for 2 months now and i love it! I can tell I'm losing weight, and waist is getting smaller, arms are toning up. I just love it and i feel reallyyyy good :)

There is no health or fitness perk associated with a "wider thigh gap". Honestly, especially with you just having recovered from an eating disorder, I would highly recommend that you set your sights on goals that are associated with a healthy body/body image. Challenge yourself to be able to do more push ups or run faster or get better at a sport...Any of those would be a more positive thing for you to aim for. You are so young - try & learn how to love & take care of your body now. Best, K

Hi! I wonder if Bushra is a womans name? And I guess you mean kilos? Every type of exercise helps. You cannot target fat, only lose it overall. Having more muscles makes you burn fat quicker, so weights training is good for you no matter what you want to accomplish. And some studies say muscle building boosts collagen production in body and even makes your bones denser and stronger! You wont start looking like a man just bc you have more muscle (If you are worried about that). Hope this helps :)
