I think the news man for some reason had unedited radar results, and was not sure how to respond (maybe he was new??). recently when i decided to start moving forward with chemtrail videos i did not think of negative opinion/s of others. I am new at all this spread the word stuff so keep the feedback coming and i can make a better videos.

"chaff" is a radar jamming particle of metal. its purpose is to be fired in small packets from a plane which is being trailed by a locked-on radar guided missile. It creates confusion in radars and causes the missiles to...miss. Compare to 'flares', white-hot bursts fired by planes to confuse heat-seeking missiles. This is not the same thing as 'chemtrails'.
