  • I've quit smoking for three months now. I had a physical head start. I fell violently ill with the influenza virus and was literally not able to smoke. After not smoking for about a week, I decided to run with it. I went so far, why put it to waste eh?

  • my mum is 79, she had cold, dr said she had to stop smoking gav her anti-biotics my mum aint had a cig in 3 weeks but she still has a cough im worried, should she smoke again, wont sumthin happen to her coz of nicotene etc for over 50 years!!

  • nothing more annoying than 16 year olds telling you how to stop, some of us has been addicted for longer than they have been alive

  • my father stop smoking and he saved the smoking money and went to cyprus!

  • im on my second day of stopping smoking and i recomend excercise like jogging the first day, next day weight lifting, plenty of water im drinking about 4L a day and eat fruits, pasta and have some kushu nuts as a side snack, thats what im doing and its real easy but i guess everyone is different hope this can help tho i was a smoker for 7 years im now 21

  • now you know a 14 year old who quit when he was 13 and started when he was 13

  • to quit smoking you need to address and release the emotional driver that drives all addictive behaviours. If you just stop you will find yourself adopting another addictive behaviour, ie eating peppermints, going shopping etc. One of the best, really fast simple and effective permanent releases for any addictive behaviour including smoking look up Faster EFT, and EFT. These techniques have an 85% success rate, and you can learn them for free. Check out You Tube.
