Great video! I am a Holistic Health Coach and I love coconut oil. i personally suggest eating lots of protein and veggies. try to eat every three hours to keep your metabolism going and by eating every three hours, i mean like nothing more than a small serving. drink lots of water and an hour of excersize daily is enough. just make sure you are putting your all into that hour. Cardio is good, but never forget to leave out resistance training. muscle burns fat. remember that. and your only 15. dont stress if you dont lose weight right away. your young.

try exercising a bit more , and drinking plenty of water and also reduce your meal size

Hi just want to give some advice on your weight loss, first off eat more fats. By that I mean coconut oil. Google benefits of coconut oil if you don't believe me. The way the body burns fat is by using fat. Don't eat anything processed and try jump roping it burns fat like crazy. Thanks.

Im 30yrs.of age n im 200 pds,5ft.2. n ive been trying to loss weight for to long now n nothing worked i dont have time for the gym cus im a stay at home mom so please give me some advice n lossing ths weight im trying to loss at least 50pds. by may so please please please help me may is my bday month so tell me what i can do

@mrspinklady33 You need to eat 4 to six small meals per day. no processed foods, Nopork or beef only chicken fish and turkey. Make sure your snacks are no more than 100 calories a day. And thats the only time you need to count calories. Eat from a saucer.

@mrspinklady33 look up your BMR, eat less than that and you will loose weight.
Also, do different workouts all the time so your body doesn't excpect anything, if you understand me.

heyy :) i am 15 years old and my bmi is 29.5 when it shud be 25 so im overweight :\ ive been dieting lots nd i stopped eating junk food nd i dont eat a lot either..i exercise 1 hour a day but im not loosin weight...any tips?i need 2 loose about 10 kg according 2 my mom....:L

@getyourfat65 Of course, I myself lose a ton of weight by following the WeightLoassAction. info diet plans. I could not ask for more, now that I am slim again. :D
