Donkey Clipping

The Double Dot Ranch and Donkey Resort has added a professional Groomer to the staff! Donkeys now are not embarrassed to be seen after having the winter coat removed. Just another way the Donkey Resort caters to the every whim of the discriminating donkey who really cares about the way a jack or jennet looks. Also new hydrating shampoo is used with cucumber slices over the eyes for a cooling effect and can be eaten after the treatment is over, then on to poolside for cocktails! We regret to inform the public that we presently have no openings for the summer season here at the resort.

Flies? what Flies? I don't have flies, cannot abide flies, I have fly predators, and live on top of a hill with no live water nearby at all. Have a manure spreader. Clean up my manure daily, So I don't have a fly problem and I will not have one! cannot abide flies, what you should be asking is , why do I have a fly problem and what can I do about it?? and then get rid of you fly problem!

I think it is an Oster, don't get a small one and think it will do it. Go for the $250-300 ones, otherwise you will find you have bought that much in broken little ones! I also go to estate sales and buy brand new usually small animal clippers for ears and tight spots, then I can just throw them away when they cost a couple bucks.

yes they do shed, but here in the hill country of Texas it gets hot long before they have shed enough to be comfortable so they sometimes begin to rub and can actually mutilate themselves rubbing and itching, so I just cut to the chase and clip em, makes em comfortable, cool and happy. And as you can see from my videos, I live for their happiness!

Yes they are loving the warm weather now, when Stash (Grey with cross and stripe) was very young, his first summer, he rubbed his neck raw in one day and I called the Vet, he said clip him right away or they can actually mutilate themselves from the distress of trying to get the hot hair off em!
