  • This looks like a recipe for injury. Workout "insanely" for a couple weeks and then spend months recovering from torn ligaments, cartiledge, etc.

  • I am thinking about ordering this program. Anyone who is skeptical about "hurting themselves" after, use protein. Whey/Casein protein after any workout will reduce pain in the muscles. I am getting that T-Shirt though lol
