Mine had extremely poor flight characteristics out of the box, but I got it to "straighten up and fly right" by "transplanting" the tail rotor from a mortally-wounded "X-Smallest Copter" (from DealExtreme) onto it. Now it flies like a dream -- instead of flying like a nightmare as it used to.
I have several videos here on YouTube showing the Havok Heli flying rather nicely -- and possibly one of a horrible "pre-repair" flight in which it simply spun no matter how the trim control was set.

well, that made up MY mind. i've been wondering if i should buy one or not, i had no idea you could get that kind of control, i'm getting one!
